City of Dania Beach - Beach Parking Permit

Please note that Beach Parking applications will be available starting late September

Terms of Issuance

Permits are issued to City of Dania Beach Residents for one vehicle only and may not be transferred. Permits are valid from October 1 through September 30.

Stolen permits can be replaced if it has been reported to law enforcement and provided that there is a case #.

Overnight parking is prohibited and may result in vehicle being towed.

Back-in parking is prohibited and may result in issuance of a citation.

Payments can be made using credit upon completion of this form, or at City Hall by credit card, check or cash. City Hall is located at 100 W. Dania Beach Blvd, Dania Beach, FL 33004.

Fee Schedule - inclusive of sales tax

City residents under age 65: $64.20 per year

City residents over age 65: $26.75 per year

Permit Placement

Permits must be affixed on the exterior lower left (driver's side) corner of the rear window. Permits for converbles may only beplaced on the rear bumper, to the left of the license plate.

Non-Transferable

Permits are issued to the vehicle and are not transferable to any other vehicle. Any misuse or tampering with permits will result in confiscation and revocation of permit.

Sale of Permitted Vehicle

Upon sale or trade in of vehicle, the permit may be transfered to the new vehicle. You must provide proof of sale/trade, new vehicle registration and the current pass to obtain a replacement.
